  • Nylon 6: Chosen as the base material for its good softness, resilience, abrasion resistance, and relatively high moisture absorption (better than nylon 66). The fiber is also easy to dye.

  • 4D × 64mm: Core Physical Specifications.

    • 4D (4 Denier): A medium-coarse staple fiber specification. This fineness provides sufficient strength while ensuring good bulk and coverage, facilitating the formation of an effective protective barrier.
